First photos of the year

I was pretty excited about heading outside to take some photos this morning.  I had it all planned in my head.  The wheels were turning. I knew the temperature was going to be +6 degrees celcius and had the props ready.  It was a perfect day for a little photo shoot.  The sun was shinning and there was no wind.  Then "BAM" just like that, I learned that no amount of preparation matters if your little model does not feel like having her picture taken.  I figured this may happen as she was up really late last night (NY eve) and was up really early.  Althought I didn't get the big smile photos, I did manage to get these and I love them just as much.
